CSS redesign of existing site

I would like the following page redesigned so that it loads faster [login to view URL] At the moment what happens is because I have a number of banner ads on the site they slow the loading down. Because the page is badly designed it waits for the banners in the left hand column to load before it attempts to load the content in the main column in the middle. What I want to happen is for the page not to wait for the banners to load whilst it loads the rest of the content. ie the main content will continue to load whilst we are waiting for the banners to load. I believe that this can be done by changing the CSS of the site. Here are some Dos and Don'ts - I do not want to look of the page changed at all. I want the actual page to look exactly as it does now. I only want the code changed so that page loads quicker. - I do not want to be told how to change the images to make them load quicker. I am not going to change any images I only want to change to code of the page. - I do not want to be told to move my site to a quicker host. - I only want the homepage redesigned, no other pages are required. - I will give you the current homepage template and the current CSS file and those are the 2 files that I will need you to provide for me. The project will be accepted only if main content can clearly be seen to load before any slow loading banners on the page.
