Build/optimize ROI-based PPC campaign

We're seeking a professional experienced in Pay-Per-Click marketing, with a proven track record, to handle our advertising campaigns on Google, Yahoo and MSN. We would like them to optimize all campaigns and to test and track results and ROI. Compensation is open to negotiation and will be ongoing per month. This could be a long term arrangement. We are a staffing firm looking to generate more traffic, and leads, to our Joomla-based website, which will be redesigned for the new year. ROI for us is an increase in leads coming through the site, and an ability to pinpoint leads generated through PPC. We are expecting to grow our PPC advertising but this will be totally dependent on the ROI at keyword level. What we are looking for is for all keywords and ads to be tracked correctly through to the site and regular ROI reports that will dictate how the campaigns are managed at keyword level. ROI is the key, requiring an experienced person well-practiced in PPC advertising and ROI analysis. Summary requirements: 1. Experienced in Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, MSN Adcenter 2. Experience in keyword research choosing profitable keyword terms. 3. Understanding of effective copy writing and split testing PPC ads. 4. Setting up of all tracking systems including tracking urls and html tracking code on landing/thankyou pages. For your bid offers please do 2 things: 1. Quote and hourly rate for managing PPC campaigns on Yahoo, Google and MSN 2. Estimate in your reply text, a monthly PPC management fee for each site with the following characteristics: For 1 site with a total of 500 keywords in ads, used 3 times in Google x1, Yahoo x1 and MSN x1 - Fee per month = For 1 site with a total of 1000 keywords in ads, used 3 times in Google x1, Yahoo x1 and MSN x1 - Fee per month = For 1 site with a total of 2000 keywords in ads, used 3 times in Google x1, Yahoo x1 and MSN x1 - Fee per month = Many thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
