What needs to be coded is a basic support ticketing system that allows users to submit support tickets, respond to them, close the tickets and re-open tickets. There should be an admin interface that would allow to view all open tickets, sort them by priority and manage them. Design should be really basic. Only text, tables, divs, basic html and if needed, basic css.
