We believe that this could turn into quite a detailed project. The aim of the system is to take our current spreadsheet-based controls and simplify data input, simplify access to information and create better controls over what has been invoiced, when invoiced and paid, etc.
A system that operates online using a browser-based interface compatible with IE, FireFox and Chrome is required.?
System should be created/coded in widely used language accessible to any browser, code must be commented and structured for future adaptation by other coders (in case the selected bidder is not available in the future for changes;/upgrades/additions).?
Database should use MySQL.?
The system should be easy to backup (preferably automated DB backup from remote server onto local machine) and reinstall for non-technical personnel and without developer assistance.?
Open to reasonable suggestions. Will consider doing this on a module by module basis, with payment on same basis.
All resulting code/software will be the sole and exclusive property of buyer. By bidding, you accept this condition.

All reporting must be flexible providing specific date ranges or custom dates (e.g. google adwords reporting)
All fields must be auto-fill where possible (any other time-saving ideas will be appreciated)
System must provide scope for altering system language easily (will be produced in English, we may decide to translate it later - we work with people who speak many languages)
