Additional to PHP Room Rental website

Looking for PHP/Mysql expert to make additional software to existing apartment rental website.

**Please see attached document for specs.**

I always include a project related test in my bid requests. I only consider bids from coders who pass? this test. If you are an expert, this test should be no problem:

1. Make a test website.

2. The website will simply show line-1..line-n, every line has a Date and time, for example: "Monday, May 15, 1008 time 21:50"

3. All visitors can see the lines, website also has login option.

4. Website has 2 registered users, U1 and U2.

5. U1 can login and add/delete times and dates from a calendar/time control. This will update the main website.

6. U2 can login and checkbox one or more lines. After clicking on button [Select those times] and Dialogbox("Do you really want to select these times?"=Yes) system will send mail to U1 and U2 with selected times.
