Convert default theme of prestashop to responsive

Hello,
We need to convert our shop's front end to responsive layout. You can use bootstrap for this purpose.
We will be using latest prestashop as e-commerce platform.
The responsive theme should cater to both Tablet and Mobile. All default functions like Add to Cart and Checkout should work just fine.
This theme should be a prestashop valid theme, i.e not just HTML / CSS mesh up but should integrate with Prestashop environment like any other native themes.
Theme can be uploaded as a different theme (just change the name from default to default-responsive).
