Design A Website

I need you to design a website and upload it to my site for me. It will not take that long. You just need to leave open spaces for the pictures and I will edit that in dreamweaver and you will show me how to upload them. Requirements: [login to view URL] that is the site i want to be replicated but changed to my liking In gallery I need the image spaces to be open so I can edit them in dreamweaver and insert my own images It has a shopping cart. For the home page I don't want it to say Edgar Brown but instead Absolon Moreau and I would like the site to be in color and not black and white i need the shopping cart as well but I would like for you to remove the fine art section since I only have original painting Also I would like for you to remove the Resources section and add a Contest section at the end For the contacts I would like to delete all of that and just put in a contact form so that they can reach me by email, also change it to Contact Me I am not looking to spend more than $35.
