Custom Community

I am looking for an estimate on the following job. I have already recieved numbers ranging from $500 to $6000. The job I am looking to have done is for a community similar to [[login to view URL]][1] I need the following parts for the community... Admin Panel - To admin all users including stats (username, all info, space used, bandwidth, delete, modify create user etc) User Panel - A common panel for users to log in to so they can use their account. They need to be able to manage all of their photos, upload all of their photos and be able to create/edit a homepage. The homepage editor should be as easy as possible allowing users to add text, images, colors and backgrounds to their homepage. Private Message System - this is part of the user panel, I need a system installed in the backend to allow users to send PMs to one another which can be accessed through the User Panel Comments - Universal comment boxes on every homepage created by a user - kind of like a guest book but displayed on the homepage so people can leave comments and such. The whole system needs to be easily skinable and have a generic feel to it as I may use this on multiple sites. Please contact me via email or AIM "ipo" so we can go over everything in more detail. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform *NIX Coded in PHP/MySQL
