BuddyPress plugin. Photo galery for users and groups.

I need someone to create a plug-in for me, which will extend functionality of BudyPress. The purpose of this is to allow each user to upload photos to create his/her own photo album to share with other users. I am looking for someone to work on other projects following this one in the future. My budget for this project is $150 only, however I would prefer it to be not more than 100$. Please note that I am able to escrow the money once milestone (we can agree this) of the project is done. Not earlier at all.
