Database server move

I recently moved my website from one server to another, I am using cPanel and I have little to no idea what to do via mysql/php databases.

I moved all the databases and they dont seem to be working. [[url removed, login to view]][1] is where you can see all the small errors. It should be a 5-10 minute fix per database and theirs about 5-8 of them.

Please note, I will be expecting this done as soon as possible, this is pretty much an emergency post. So if you have some spare time tonight and have a msn, icq, yahoo, or AIM we can chat and fix everything up quickly, that would be great and I will pass funds over quickly as well.
