Customize look&feel site, add banner systems

Graphic and color sheme must be high quality and unique. Coder will design and provide my atleast 2 draft of complete layout for approval before move on to integration. Adding rotating banner systems to be same as my old site at [login to view URL] . 2 banner spots on top, 1 ad column on right, 1 ad colomn on left under category list, and 1 ad spot inside auction detail page. All of these banners will be either custom or codded. Custom is I sell space myself and add image and link to ad space. Codded is like google adsense. Banner system admin: - Options to specify # of impressions, # of clicks. When banner met certain criteria, it will stop display. - Add, delete, eddit banner, active, inactive - Client info. address, phone #, email, - report: expired banners - Global email expired banner clients.
