Customize Oscommerce site with existing graphics/design

I need someone to take my already completed designed templates (I have the .PSD files). and implement it with my OsCommerce shopping cart (so that items, categories, ect are all displayed inside the template and not OsCommerce's default template.). Most description and title fields as seen below will need to be edited into the template (via layers) in text format (for search engine optimization) - I have a blank psd (without the text fields) that can be used. Since the graphics and design are already pretty much completed (except the text as explained above) and the only real job here is to implement it with my OsCommerce script and briefing me on how to make any special changes if needed, I'm not looking to pay a huge chunk of money for this project, so please keep your bids within reason.
