Contractor Directory with enhanced Contractor Member Profiles

We are seeking a talented development company that can take our existing website [login to view URL] to the next level. Currently we have a system that matches contractors with project owners - our system provides paid membership to contractors for access to incoming project leads. The project lead data is captured through a form and then housed in a database, the lead is then forwarded to the contractor through email. This designer/developer needs to be proficient in web development, perl-cgi scripts and directory design. We desire to add another level of functionality to our site by creating a contractor directory and taking the existing contractor profiles and enhancing them. This will require someone with knowledge of perl cgi scripts to add this functionality on to our current system. Contractors will be able to sign up for three different levels of profiles. Free - upgraded and a platinum membership package. We need a designer that can become familiar with our current site and build new technology into our current business model flawlessly.
