Cleaning a messy.txt

For my thesis I need to have a .txt cleaned to output just the nouns. Example line from source: < honing:1:bijenhoning:1: EQ_NEAR_SYNONYM:ENG20-07384300-n:honey:1: > Example output: < "honing", "bijenhoning" > To be done in either Python or Perl ( I can read some myself), I reckon it's a rather easy task for an experienced programmer. I'm in a hurry. ## Deliverables 1) a *.CSV with all nouns 2) a *.txt list with all nouns quoted and comma-separated (space between , & ") 3) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, no machine-dependent paths. ## Platform Platform independent.
