Auto Proxy Switcher - Website Reloader

I need a program created that will visit any website I specify, repeatedly. It will visit the website I choose through automatically rotated proxy servers so they count as individual hits. They must not only count as "hits" on the websites server but must actually appear to DOWNLOAD the files from the page, ie graphics etc. I would imagine it could be an altered web browser - you add in the auto-reload feature and also add the auto proxy switcher, and it does not save the graphics to a cache. I'm sure you can find an open source web browser you can tweak. This program should use as little resources as possible. I will need the ability to add new proxy lists via a .txt file, format of this file is available from me, it is simply a list in this format: "IP_space_PORT" I have a program that does something like this already, only it does not actually download the files from the server, it just shows up as "hits". So a website's hit counter would not actually rotate because nothing is being downloaded. I will send this to the person who works on this project. I will probably not sell or redistribute this program, so interface does not have to be appealing, just functional. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
