We have an AWSTATS implementation on one of our web servers. We upgraded to Windows 2003 from Windows 2000 and now there are a few small issues.
1) We are getting a permission error on the log files for all sites
2) The sites that existed previously still load but the page stops loading about halfway.
We will give you remote access to the system and will need you to work with us until it is back up and working to our satisfaction. This may just need a reinstall of Perl but we need an expert.
We will also need you to update our documentation if the setup for new websites has changed from your fixes.
