Browser Info Script

I am looking for someone to write a PHP script to give information about what a website can collect from a person’s browser. The information it should collect is attached. The test should work and look like an online scanner. It should have some animated components showing the different scans it is doing (i.e. now scanning for your IP, now scanning for your browser information). When finished it should produce a report of its findings. I would supply the text for the report but would like to be able to edit this in the php. The test and report would need to look professional, so you would need to put in a few graphics, headings and so on. I would want the script install to work on my site (Joomla).
