Broken Website (Experts Only)

I have a small job for someone who is an expert in web design build, in particular the code. I have a website which loads very badly and the customers can see this site has problems, some times the page part loads for a short [login to view URL] are not looking for a change in the design this is how the site will be, just fixed so it can be as it is. This site is made of two templates. Please please don't bid if you are not an expert, i have had many none experts on this project, now it needs someone with high skill and attention to detail. Send me some of the sites you have built which are high end design and build. Based on this i may offer you the link to the pages which need fixing. The site is css and html, i want the css file name changing and the site debranding of any other brand in the code or not related to the business name and benifit. Before you bid be sure to have good feedback more than us or be willing to do the job on trust, meaning payment on completion. In addition i will not pay a single fund to anyone who says they can fix this site and does not, i really do want an expert to do this work, im honest however my trust in GAF and some of the people using this site is not what it used to be. Chancers beware i do not pay for poor work, poor comunications. I will discuss the method of payment later with you. I have many other jobs for quility people, must be exsperts in there field.
