Custom Photo Slideshow Application Needed - repost

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY!! We are having trouble with people bidding on our projects that do not read the requirements and are failing to do the work we need!! If you cannot finish this project within 2 weeks, please do not bid. We are looking for someone to design a software application that will show images being taken from a camera and saved into a folder on a PC, and then show them in a full screen slideshow format, but with one catch.... The slide show program must show the LAST PHOTO TAKEN as we are taking photos. So basically the person getting their photo taken and others standing in the area can see the photos immediately after they are taken and then continue to cycle through previous photos in that folder like a standard slide show. After we stop taking photos in a session, the photo slideshow will continue to load other images from the same folder on the PC and show them in the slide show until the next photo is taken, and then THAT photo will be shown in the slideshow next and so on. It is basically a slideshow program that shows images instantly that is being saved into a specific folder. It needs to "watch" the folder for new images coming in and then show them in the full screen slideshow immediately. The slide show of images will be running the whole time, showing all of the images shot previously that day. But as new images come in, they will need to be shown next. Setting would include selecting the image folder to "watch", slideshow speed, ability to select simple transitions between images, transition speed, option for a text or PNG image overlay in the slideshow for our company logo or name. Software must have a serial number system in it also. This application will be available on our website for sale as a DEMO version. Users will need to purchase the full version and then we will send them a serial number for the software. The software should look at the machine ID or other system information and use this information for the key for us to make a serial number for the application to make the software a full working version. We will need a serial number key generator application designed to go with this application also. When the user buys the application, they will send us their key which the software creates from the machine ID or system information, and we will use that to create a serial number and send it back to the customer.
