Customise existing script to include simple bulletin board + membership feature

2x requirement A+B to customise existing script by writing code to: A. include Simple bulletin board (forum) B. membership feature ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A. to customise by adding/writing a simple bulletin board to existing script allow existing script login registered dealer user account (dealer account is already built-in to existing script with logo profile picture, there are 2 type of accounts already built-in to the classibase script, normal user and dealer account just need to work on dealer account as normal user I will be disabling not using it, different is normal user no profile pic, and dealer user account has additional profile pic and some dealer intro info see below demo link to the script, is a simple script not very big nor complicated script) to allow dealer registered login user account to perform following: 1. To post simple question/reply as in comments in the bulletin board create a new url for bulletin board (simple forum) something like this -> [login to view URL] and display the user dealer logo profile pic 2. To allow upload display multi image/file upload to the post/reply as in comment thread, limit file type by extension (to allow jpg/gif/png/doc/txt/pdf) a. if is jpg/gif/png to display as thumb in comment, and allow click on thumb to zoom in display full pic b. if is .doc/.txt/pdf to allow display attachment 3. To allow dealer user account to "subscribe" to replies 4. The simple BB (forum) to be integrated into classibase script mukuzik theme *demo here -> [login to view URL] source code of script+mukuzik theme will be provided to you, copyright cannot distribute is a purchased copy current classibase script cms framework is using -> [login to view URL] 5. The BB should allow admins to delete posts, and dealer user account to edit/modify/delete their own post/reply comment thread *only registered dealer account is allow to post, and dealer account will be the default enabled account which I will be setting in the admin page in the script for all new user registering they will register as dealer account which is by default already in the script built-in function 6. To include search function for Bulletin Board title/description in the newly create bulletin forum url page ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ next requirement item B is to: B. To add a simple membership function to existing dealer account in the classibase script as in: 1. To limit number ad post by admin within x number of days for non-paid dealer and paid dealer account example to allow admin to define say non-paid dealer can post 20 ads in 30 days and paid dealer can pay 100 ads in 30 days, and to make paypal auto renew every 30 days for this membership subscription unless user terminate *and to make it simple to apply above to all category and location ad post *the existing classibase script already has paypal function build-in to make ad as premium ad such that premium ad will always be listed at the top, this will leave it as-is no change requirement 1 membership feature is to customise to write code is to limit post for nomal ad in X number of days, and not to limit premium ad ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Important Point1: Please bid only if you've past working development experience with above A+B need to show prove of the project that you've done before with similar forum/membership feature Important Point2: Successful bidder need to be contactable by skype and update on every alternate day for the development progress or as and when Offering range USD$200-USD$500! for above A+B requirements, and will need someone to maintain the code do a good job and you will get it! :)
