Create Login Area -- 2

I want to get a login area created for a static site. We will not have much to do with the main site. I will give a link register/login which will load a new page. Requirements 1. Customers can create an account with unique login/password – (Customers fill a quick registration form to create an account.) 2. After logging in, they can view order history. All orders will be uploaded as PDF invoices by the admin. It should be possible to sort the invoices by invoice no. or date. 3. Quote history - (same as above but including a timeframe/expiration date – 30 days from date created). All Quotes will be uploaded as PDF by the admin. A link directly to the quote will then need to be emailed to the customer. An auto email will go to customer when a quote PDF is uploaded. This email will contain a link to the uploaded PDF. Next to each PDF, there will be a small form, where customer can enter previous order no. which is given in that pdf, invoice no. and click Quick re-order button. When the form is submitted an email will go to admin which will have this info: Customer Name (which script should get automatically ) Previous Order No. Invoice No. [login to view URL] Re-order (Duplicate Order) Quick Re-Order Form will be a button next to each PDF Invoice that will say below button “Click here for a new order the same as this previous order”. Above the button, there will be a blank field where the customer can enter a Previous Order number. That will trigger an email to admin which has subject “Quick re-order” and will say in the body of the email “Customer Name”, “previous order number” and Invoice number. 5. I want to add 2 banners one on the left and the other on right side of each web page which can be edited through admin. For doing this I know that a common left and right column has to be created. This code has to be put in each web page. You will put it in one page and I will myself put it in the rest of the pages myself. Please remember the text for each banner will be editable through admin. Please bid with samples of similar work and timeline.
