Change php file to show in URL the id of entry from DB

I have a form, which enables users to create geolocated "stations": [login to view URL] I have a site, which uses the DB to view these stations on a specific way. After searching for "stations" nearby (Try searching for stations near Pais for testing), the user sees a list of "stations", and chooses one. He is then shown the data in that station's entry in DB: [login to view URL] What I need is for the URL to show the station's id in DB, so I can send it as a direct link to the station. As for now, the URL looks like one of these options, according to a certain field in the entry of the station chosen: [login to view URL] OR [login to view URL] OR [login to view URL] OR [login to view URL] SO WHAT I WANT IN THIS PROJECT ID: A URL that shows what station is being run, so I can access that station directly without choosing from the list.
