Build a livescore system

I want to get a working and sophisticated livescore system for all possible sports. I have paid to a XML provider and he provides me XMLs with data. These XMLs need to be installed but they will be just the basic stuff. Also I want to take info from other sources, which will be included as some extra task, and finally, all games need to be updated from fre places - the extra sources and the XML, as all goes smooth in a system with same game ids, team ids, etc... The idea is to install the XML pforider, bulid a system to get data from other sources on automatic way, then create an admin panel where ids/games from various sources are being attached each to one so finally in my database for each game I have 3 tables or 3 scores, but the algorithm takes the best (fastest) score and the most relible source of data. I will take care of attaching the teams, once the attach system is created, this is not part of the project. I know that this attaching module can be created in approximately 2-3 hours, I am a professional PHP and MySQL programmer, but currently do not have the ability to work 100% on this project, so I am pretty well aware of how much each part and task of the project will take time, please do not try to cheat as it will be just useless. I strongly insist on few things, writing the code in a nice manner, so later other people who work on it can read it and edit it, with comments, in English. Full time skype availability and communication when needed and full control over the work is also a strong requirement. The task is for about 10-15 sports. The system is already started to buld and I insist on tlaking about how it to fit the current state and how to develop further. Let me repeat, I am a professional programmer and this is my own project so I want to determine how it will be built and developed, and I can understand the work I am looking for employees now. I have a serious and perspective company and I am looking only for reliable and serious partners with big portoflio and experience. Do not bid on this project if you are alone. I am looking for IT company with few guys who can work on this at same time, give me best speed of work and best price same time, because this can be achieved only by company. If I like your job I may offer you a long term partnership for future and you to be part of my copmany which is seriously developing, but I refuse to give more details on this before I see how this task is done. I want the job to be done in max 2 months. I want to see rate per hour price for work and full project price and choose from both.
