Brand New Student Targeted Website

The website will be a fun one, made to track good looking people on University [login to view URL] goal of the website is to allow students to fill in the details of another student they have seen on campus who they find attractive- say in the library- and once the check boxes have been filled in, and a brief bit has been written about the person they have seen, then it is posted to a live feed of people who have been spotted in that particular university. Every post on the live feed will need to be able to be liked and commented on, and also reported if unsuitable. There will also need to be an ok spam filter. I want the site to be minimalistic, but still very stylish. It is a simple task, but a fun one as well.
