The user will need to log in with a default username and password and take a test (the test is the attached file). The results need to be send back to an email account with the name of the person that took the test and the results. In the Question section 1-23 the user can't repeat the same number twice. For example if they are in the Section 1 where you have "Firm, Energetic, Avoids Confrontations, Reserved", the user has to rate it from 1-4. So they will have to put for example: Firm 2, Energetic 3, Avoids Confrontation 1, Reserved 4 and so on. My budget is $30.
