Admin Tracking - 2 Page's

I need an admin page + a tracking number page. All the data should be stored in a MYSQL database. ADMIN PAGE: Admin page should contain username + password for sign in before showing real ADMIN page content. Admin page should contain the following: ADD A TRACKING NUMBER EDIT A TRACKING NUMBER Will provide value's of the fields later. TRACKING PAGE: The page should contain 2 type's of checking the tracking number. 1st type: User sign in with a username/password (in the username field we should allow email as a user). After the user sign in, it will be showed the tracking details based on he's email address. 2nd type: Check the tracking number, directly on a Tracking number field, where he enters the tracking number and the information will be provided on the next page.
