App for Android

We are looking for a Web Application/Android Apps/Designer Team that we can work with on long terms for our business units, as well as suggesting new concepts/ideas to continually improve existing projects and adding more multidimensional projects. WHILE BIDDING , Just send/ATTACH me a document as per my PPT explaining what you understood about the project and as plan of action so that I can make sure you grabbed it completely before awarding , make sure Document should be detailed one and touches all web admin, web services and app side , bids received WITHOUT the doc will not be entertained. As a kick start, I have attached basic specs of the android project which will be a step stool for long term partnership. There will always by minor updates to these specs to improve quality of final product, the app will be for tablets, this will be done in PHP MVC for webservices , preferred CodeIgniter module.
