Android & IOS App for Phpfox Site - repost

I am looking for a mobile app developer who is familiar with Phpfox and developing mobile app for sites running that script. I need for the mobile app to be clean, smooth and easy to navigate. I need for the profile pic over the cover photo to be in a circle ( this also applies for pages) and the thumbnail pic on posts. I would like the the index page on sign up/login to have a photo in the back ground(I will provide the photo). My site is running on custom theme design (Bootstrap). There should be a like and dislike button in the shape of an heart and a broken heart for dislike. The photos album must be clean and beautiful. Photos in newsfeed must be large and seamless in posts. When clicking on a photo it must enlarge and have pinch capabilities and be able to comment and share. I need copyright and source code after development. I can discus more with potential candidate. I cannot stress that this app must be seamless and easy to use. My set budget is $300
