B2B Magento System Development

I would like to find a Freelancer to build a Restricted Access Magento eCommerce System, selling B2B Food and Refreshments. I would like the UI to be more of a “Dashboard” Style Portal – the attached HTML Layout liked, however it is not a Magento Theme. It doesn't have to be exactly like these, but the idea is to create a real “software/application” feel to the portal not a retail approach. Working within a full screen, responsive design is a must. Existing Clients and Account Managers would be logging into this portal to order supplies for an Account and purchase that order, according to the allowable Account payment methods. Customer Grouping Management Product Viewing Access and Custom Pricing by Customer Group and Customer Account Payment Type by Customer (Invoice, COD, Credit Card, etc.) SAGE Direct Pay for Direct Payment Processing Product Management UPS Integration – Shipping Quotes and Order Tracking Sage ERP 100 Basic Integration – Pushing Orders to Accounting System and Syncing Accounts to User eBusiness Web Services or Data Feed Intra Mail and Email Extensions to Notify of Order Statuses, etc. There will be 4 levels of Users in this system. Executive, Account Manager, Customer Group Administrator, Customer Account User. Each would have the ability to purchase any available product for the assigned User hierarchy underneath them. Additionally, I would like the Landing Page for each account to be display relevant data visualizations (spend charts, order charts and recent orders, etc.) – relevant to that User Type. This will be a large - with information on spend over time, order delivery/fulfillment over time and other metrics. Finally, we would need daily reports generated from the system with assignable notifications to staff based on order data. Several extensions would obviously be needed - which will be provided by me. Will build on a privately hosted version, not MagentoGo.
