customizing of existing image hosting script

hello, we looked at several available image hosting scripts on the market and discovered one we already installed on our domain [login to view URL] it already fits 90% of our needs also the admin panel is really good developed. the following customizations are necessary: ---------------------------------------------- 1. possibility to add keywords and descriptions to each image. see further info in deliverables ## Deliverables ---------------------------------------------- 2. category tree with unlimited subcategories e.g: cars => bwm => 3er-series => e36 => 320i or cars => mercedes => w211 => 220 cdi => thomas 220 cdi gallery [login to view URL] ---------------------------------------------- 3. different design templates for registered users admin can assign customized templates to registered users. (special add tags, backgrounds, etc) registered users can have their own templates but only the admin can assign them. this special templates appear when the uploaded images of this users are shown. there are also variables to display the keywords assigned to this image on the image page in order to submit this keywords to xml advertising feeds. ------------------------------------------------- 4. search for images by keyword, description and imagename, category, user. ------------------------------------------------- 5. csv export of first keyword and deeplink to the image from all public pictures. if keyword is used by several pictures deeplink to thumbnail page with all pictures must be shown. if there are more than 20 pictures, results are shown on different pages with sort functions by date size popularity. ------------------------------------------------- 6. option to set cookies to users for statistical purposes. admin area where cookies can be defined. by new user, existing user, member, ------------------------------------------------- would it be possible, that you do the customizing on it? script is written totally in php and it uses mysql as database. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
