autotrader clone plus

I tried to post an add but it was rejected for not being specific. I want a clone of [login to view URL] with the ability to list other items, and the abilitiy yo run reports off of the database. How much more specific cna you get? just look at autotrader.com... add the ability to sell Tv's etc... I found a prepackageed software that does much of what I need, I do not know if it is good or not, if you have another suggesting, please let me know. <[login to view URL]> I would need it customized for different level access such as buyers can edit part of database, seller can edit part of database admin etc. I will need the database to send out emails to notify of new ads, I would need online billing, auto billing, ad approval, item search by zip code (most of which is included in that software bundle ) I would need a website capable of handling alot of traffic. I need it really soon. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux, php sql I would imagine, but open to alternatives.
