We require a site with same funtionality as [[url removed, login to view]][1] that will have a web interface for management of site uploading catalogue items etc and a shopping cart linked to worldpay for credit card clearance There will also be a facility for account customers to be invoiced so they can pay by cheque. The system will email invoices, order acknowledgements etc and allow order tracking and reporting. The web interface / control panel will allow special offers, news, uploading of catalogue images, ability to change the order items appear in the catalogue, web interface for management to clients satisfaction. We wish the site to be 're-useable' ie simple methods to change main graphics etc so we can use the code for other clients with similar requirements. The site will link to worldpay for the actual card clearance.

**Additional notes**

The whole idea of this site is to provide REUSEABLE code for other sites. We wish there to be a seperate control panel where we can alter design of site, Menu content, pages etc

We have a second site very similar to this one so we will test settings to accomodate both sites to completion

There will however be some additional graphic design for the second site

The shopping cart module(s) must be designed to be useable as a seperate module that can also be easily incorporated into other sites but with some protection or control on our part to prevent people copying and using it without our permission - maybe a database of registered urls

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
