1) Customer goes online to request the company for a product that they have in mind which could not be found locally or too expensive. The company would seek like minded individuals (e.g. maybe up to 10). Then the company will source globally and arrange a group buy for the group.

2) What the company wants is to post a list of the products (showing the current number of people interested and how many more are needed for the group buy to take place) base on categories for visitors to see. Becasue sometimes, visitor might be interested too as they might not know such a product exists.

3) So whenever visitor/customer A sees the product, he/she will click on it and register herself as being interested.

4) Automatically, the the figure for the number of people interested and the outstanding number will be updated.

That's the general idea. Please revert with how you can fine tune this as well as other suggestions. Possible to create an admin page to manage this?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
