Create auditable database software

hello, I want a piece of software that will do the following: Data Input: Collect csv data files via ftp that contain a list of IDs with string and numeric data associated with them Load those files into a database. The database GUI: Have a gui so that people could sort on the data/screen data Allow the client to create composites of the data IDs. for example a composite of ID A and ID B, and name is Composite ID AB. Create the composites so that numeric data is equal weighted. Apply some simple statistics to the composite data, these will be supplied in Excel A simple GUI that allows the client to chart and create reports of this data. A Simple report showing all the composites an ID exists on. A simple report showing the underlying IDs for each composite The ability to create rules for composites using simple logic, ie if an ID has a value X, include it in composite AB, otherwise dont. A second database which stores text. The ability to attach text to individual Composites and see all the text associated with a composite. Auditing This database has certain qualities it needs: Any and all changes to the data/new uploads, must be audited. The ability to see all audits in a single report. Export The ability to export the audited composite data out into Excel The ability to export the audited composite data into CSV This needs to be written in Linux. This is to give an impression of the software. there may be other minor additions. Please reference the word SKY in your post so I know you read the whole thing before quoting.
