Create Blog Index / login

RE: WP MU I am looking for a complete blog theme from start to finish, as you can see my default blog here: [login to view URL] I am looking for new index for my blog and login page, currently it is default. I would also like to move the home page blog to something like: [login to view URL] but when i moved the index page to /blog then all i get is an error... coder needs to know about blogs, and how they work so you can fix the blog up as needed.
