Automated forum creation for Vbulletin

I am seeking an interface for Vbulletin so i can offer

users their own forum. a good example of forum creation

is php forums (which i do not like) here is an example site.

This is how the PHPBB script works:

The script will auto create installations of PHPBB

on your server. The forum is created by logging

into cPanel and WHM using details admin configure. users

then signup for their own free phpbb forum. It automaticly

configures the admin area and set up the forum using

the visitors input.

somethings you probably would need to know.

Vbulletin Script Coding

Vbulletin Interface updates as

vbulletin does update more then phpBB,

the script should be fully commented.

admin features:

account creation

account deletion,

Place account on hold.

I need two options for forum owners, Free and Paid.

Free owners get free forums with ads, and paid

owners get ad-free forums, so therefore, I need to

be able to access a forum owners account to either

place ads or remove them from their forum.

I should also have the ability to enable/disable

admin/user Vbulletin options to forum owners,

this way I can setup what forum owners are allowed

to have within their admin access for their forum.

forum owners should be able to replace the current

VB logo within their admin panel, and default URL

where i can start all forums off with my logo.

I must also be able to update all forum owners

with VB forum updates, skin updates, mod updates, etc

without actually having to edit each individual

owners forum.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
