Convert .ai file to Joomla 2.5 template

For this project I have an illustrator file that I need converted to a Joomla 2.5 template. I have attached a pdf version of the site and also a pdf of the rough module positions and elements required in the template. There will need to be a component at the top to enable the user to select between currencies. At this stage the only currencies to be supported will be the Euro, British Pounds, Us Dollars, Yen, Singapore Dollars and Australian Dollars.
