correction of PHP & javascript errors on website

I have a basic website that was made by a very poor quality coder in PHP. the coding has numerous errors that need to be fixed in order to function at a normal level. my guess that anyone with good experience in web-design, CSS, mySQL and php coding will be able to fix all the errors in an extremely short amount of time. maybe less than a few hours. ## Deliverables here is the website [login to view URL] you can look over the website and see the faults that i need corrected if you need. i need the email system to work so that when the form is filled it forwards the email to my inbox i need the scripts to validate the email address before the file is sent. i need the file that is sent to be re-named to "free eBook" rather than "get free cd" - i also need the location of the box moved on the page. i need the coding error on the testimonials page fixed so that the name written in orange is fully shown in explorer. and there is some major problem on the 'our team' page that is causing some kind of looping bewteen the contact form and the download the free eBook link. as well as any other coding errors you can fix for me that i am currently unaware that are there. as directed: what i need you to do is fix all the bugs in the PHP coding of my site. The site is [login to view URL] ftp: [login to view URL] hosted on [login to view URL] with the same password. primarily what I need is that the 'download free cd' imput box with captcha script works properly and is moved to a more visible place high up on the page. - i need the email adress that is imputted to be verified and cataloged so i can use it later. Also i need the 'button' to say "Get FREE relationships happiness report". currently the problem is that you can put anything with an @ symbol there and the correct captcha script code and it will say "invalid code"[even though the code is correct] but then release the eBook to the person anyway and i have not retained the email address. Obviously i need the form on the contact page to work properly as well as this is how i will be gaining my business. when someone fills out that form it should come to my email inbox with the subject header "QLD HYPNOIS QUERY FORM" I need all web enquiries and email addresses gained from the website forwarded to my email address brisbane@[login to view URL] essentially just the things written above and the few things outlined in my original request. its all simple stuff, just look through my website and test the functionality and fix the bugs/poor coding for me. any questions let me know.
