build a screen saver download website.

This project is to create a screen saver site where users can download free screen savers. Design in psd format will be provided but must all be converted to css/html (no tables) Sample requirements are below. -There will be a voting system for each screen saver -site functionality will closely follow design. -ajax will be used where appropriate. -site will use mod-rewrite for clean urls -each page will have meta title (SEO) optimized. -compatible with IE7, IE6 and FF -I have attached a sample homepage. Admin -admin will be able to create/edit categories/subcategories for screen saver on the site -admin section will show top downloaded screen savers -google analytics code will be provided for all pages of side -admin will be able to input picture and url for ‘partners’ -admin will be able to input google ads -download files will be stored on our server -admin will be able to input/edit Featured screen savers -when featured screen saver is moused over it will show text description and rating of screen saver -admin will be able to edit all text on homepage
