Word Press Template To Model & Create A Similar One!

Hi, I need someone who can edit a word press theme to create a SIMILAR theme to an oldder theme I had installed in a different directory. And recently I have updated to a new version of the blog here: [login to view URL] Please use this user name and password to check the blog THEME looks: u: rac p: vw I need someone who knows how to EDIT word press THEMES and create CUSTOM changes to the template I've chosen (or any other THEME you suggest as long as I agree with it), so that the END RESULT as for the look and feel of the old blog I have at "/blogold/" can have a SIMILAR look and feel to the new blog at this directory "blog". In other words, I want the NEW blog to have the same LOOKS as the OLD blog version! I want to work with someone who has a lot of experience in editing word press blogs, as this should be easy for anyone who knows how to edit WP blogs.
