Develop a script similar to ProChatRooms.com

Hello, I need a similar chat to prochatrooms.com. I thought of putting it here since, it would be better to pay someone 300$ and get the actual script without ad-ons from someone who sold his script 3000 times. The Chat must have the following: 1. Ability to translate in the Admin Area. 2. Simple Admin Area to Manage the Chat. 3. Possibilities of adding / changing smiling and sounds 4. (Login Gallery Plugin) Ability to share files 5.
