Customize Wordpress Flash Video (FLV) plugin

I need someone to customize my wordpress FLV plugin I have from here: [login to view URL] It can also be a different plugin, but it need to be supported by new wordpress editions and I need to be able to easily add videos to posts by just using a flv tag. What I want is to add advertisments before the videos. When someone clicks on play, a HTML, JPEG or FLV should be displayed (like google ads or any other advertisments). They cannot play the video before they have watched this for like lets say, five seconds. Also I want to be able to add if possible on video advertisments, like those you can find on youtube, for example some google advertisment pops up after five seconds and the viewer can close it if he/she wants by clicking on a X button. Just remember that each post can have multiple flash videos and each video should have these advertisments. Something cool would be if I would be able to make like 3 html files for example and a random function would be used to use a different html/jpeg/flv file for each video to start with.
