Custom shirt and suit E-commerce (for softwaredep)

The bid is for the creation of an E-commerce solution for a Custom Suit and Shirt Design factory. Generally speaking, it is a normal site with sales functions (shopping cart, payment via credit card [paypal is not needed] etc) except for one functionality I will explain later. First of all, I don´t want the desing to be OsCommerce-ish. Some Web 2.0 style would be a good choice. Here´s the kind of website I´d like to have. The design could be actually the same, with some small changes: [login to view URL] I specially like the design and some AJAX functions integrated to the website, like photo-zomming, etc. The categories in the website would be pretty much the same. Ties, Socks, Cuff links.. But here´s the great deal about this website: go to the "Design your shirt" section. This is where this website is different from other Custom Shirt Design sites I really would like to have something similar to this "Shirtdesigner v2.0". Whenever the visitor chooses design options on the left menu, the picture on the right shows him a preview of his new custom shirtand suits. I want the design your own feature to be built in 3d where the user can see the final designed garment with its full design options like all the parts of the garments with its respective design options like collar, cuffs, sleevs, buttons, back, jacket lepells, jacket buttons , jacket pockets , jacket back , vents and the jacket cut/fit limilarly all design options for trousers also and topcoats also for both men and women. This should show the out put of the final designed garment with any fabric chosen live in real time. I would prefer it not to be in Flash, but if you think you could do that so that it would run OK, that´s fine. I am also open to other suggestions about how to develop a nice custom shirt and suit design solution, just have on mind that Shirtdesigner v2.0 is the best , Have you done something similar in the past?
