Custom WordPress Schedule/Calendar Plugin Development

All freelancers bidding on the project must be able to communicate clearly in English. Please read the general overview and the quick walk through to get a basic idea of what I need the plugin to do. I have also included a details list and admin breakdown in a word document. Please read everything and make sure you can do it all before bidding. I have also attached some images to illustrate some my points. I refer to them throughout the document. We want all rights to the plugin once it is created, as this may be packaged and sold down the road. Whoever we use will probably get more work from us in the future, as we grow and need more custom plugins. General Overview: We are starting a model/entertainment company using WordPress and we need an appointment/schedule calendar plugin developed. We want our clients to be able to see what days and times each model is available, set an appointment and leave a deposit (or pay in full). We want our models alerted about each appointment, via email and SMS message. The alert would include all the information for that appointment, including a Google Map link to the event location. We want our Admin to be able to set up each model’s calendar and administer the whole plugin from the Word Press admin dashboard area of the site. Quick Walk Through: From each model’s public bio page on our site, a client would be able to click a booking button that would pop up that model’s individual calendar/schedule. The client could see what days and times she was available, click an available day/time and make a reservation. While picking the date and time, the user would also choose the service they want that model to perform, choose a start and end time for the event, leave all their info (Name, phone, address, special instructions, etc.) and submit the reservation. Then a PayPal payment screen would appear and they would be prompted to leave a deposit or pay for the entire appointment in full to lock in the reservation. After the appointment was made and the payment is processed, an email alert would go out to that particular model, as well as a manager and anyone else we set up to receive alerts in the system. A receipt would also go out to the client with all the appointment information it as well. That particular model’s calendar for that time and date would be booked and would show as unavailable.
