Custom Google Apps (Cloud) Database Design for Service Business

Computer company in need of a custom designed database for the cloud integrated with Google Apps. You will be required to write up specifications with us that will be used for contact management, customer work orders/sales orders and scheduling. Integration with Google Contacts and Calendaring is required as well as Gmail login for authentication (willing to consider OpenID or other recommendations). All work must be open source using standard technologies. Absolutely NO Microsoft technologies will be permitted.
