Create a "Virtual Club"

Hi,
I am looking to build a "virtual club" -- that is one way to describe it.
For an example, I will use a feature of WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER to give you an idea.
On Windows Live Messenger, (window version).. there is a feature called 'Music Mix'.
It allows two (or more) people who are chatting to upload music from their computer, to the server - so they can both listen to that music file simultaneously (at the same time, via STREAMING).
For a user, it would allow - for example... someone in the UK, to listen to music at the same second as a friend in the USA. -- As if they were listening the music together in the same room.
-------------
WHAT I WANT:
I have a dedicated server, - some of the specs...
* CentOS (Linux) * Has PHP 5 and MySQL support.
So... this is what I want...
A PHP/MySQL powered website... allowing users to create an account and build up a contacts list with other people who have an account. If 'Person A" has an account, and 'Person B' joins... I want Person A and Person B to be able to exchange instant messages (which other people can't read).... then, I want the music feature implemented... using only MP3 files and a Flash Player (which both parties in the Instant Messenger can control)... I want the two people to be able to upload MP3's into a temporary directory (files should automatically get deleted when the IM session is over). -- when the files are uploaded, both parties can listen to the same song at the same time.. and talk via text instant messaging while the track is playing.
Person A should NOT be able to listen to something different to Person B -- and the track which is playing should ideally be playing at the exact same time to both users (as if they were physically listening it in a room together).
If Person B changes the track, or rewinds it -- it is changed and/or rewound on Person A's flash player.
So they can both control the music player.
For this project, I want it to run on Linux, using PHP and MySQL.... If you need a "Flash Server" for this to work. -- I would ask you make use of the open source and free Red5 software at [login to view URL]
Also I would like this software and the script to be installed and delivered live and working.
I would give you access (via SSH and FTP to the server, along with many other server privileges).
Many Thanks
James
