Create Rotating Banner for Homepage--Need a PHP,HTML Coder-(read points)

(1)Have ONLY my Homepage Banner Rotate for all logged and Not logged users..You must create a small template file specifically for this work called Rotating_Banner either php or [login to view URL] know what i mean..Need for you to add 3 different images that can Rotate by the second or seconds,,Must add the CSS options (height,width,margin,border,background etc options) to that [login to view URL] standard image width is 1230 pixels X 300 width...If i remove an image it must rotate current 2 left but must have code ready for me to add that 3rd one needed... (2.) In my comments page i cannot go left or right using arrows in keyboard..I relocate blinker with mouse persay to middle of textarea and as soon as i start typing the blinker jumps to right of the characters in textarea.. (3.) Have the abuse report button link to it's Page as was working before,,Needs fixing in 3pages ( mostly the comment pages)...Have that Button show a notification when User himself presses that button similar to point#1..Don-not have page refresh but just have him close the pop-up as currently does already.. (4.) A pop-up notification was installed for User private message to avoid sending message himself,,Obviously the coder missed another same page that runs in sync with each other pages...Add same pop-up notification currently there to the other same User's private message box when he tries to message himself from the comments page..For that you will need to enter that page through the sidebar link of "Comments page" link.. (5.)On Video page Banner Big Video on left side of description add (Posted By: "the username") who uploaded the video as shows on small videos and on the right side or description add the (Total views count) as is already on small videos...Must be functional..
