Convert Image to HTML Templates

Attached are 2 images. The first is a image template of website's look and feel. We would like to have this image cut up and turned into an HTML template and match CSS sheet. The second image provides additional instructions on how the image should be cut up. There are surrounding what should be image, what should be html text etc. The template should make as little use of images as possible, using standard html elements whenever possible. Truly, other then the branding, I would like no other image files on the page. Some javascript will be required, where illustrated in the second image for roll overs. You final HTML must look correct in: IE 5.5, IE 6.0, IE 7 and Firefox 2 and 1.7. For you bid, you must give us an estimated deadline. No deadline is set, but we will set one in accordance with your estimate once we accept you bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE 5.5, 6, 7.
