Community portal

I'm about to start new project from [login to view URL]'s theme should be "user driven" ecommerce portal. I want to make community style portal with as much user participation as possible but still retain full control over the content like a admin. This website should be put together using separate pages for each category/services. Main services should be: HOW TO's - it consist category like a "how to articles","how to videos","how to audios" (implement audio video upload) - everyone can add content - everyone can publish their own content - content can be rated,mailed,printed,discussed - would like to combine/customize features of this scripts: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - final similar look like this: [login to view URL] (IMPORTANT - if design can't be done,please let me know when bidding - otherwise will ask samples of your work). - user statistics(articles submission count,rating count ...) NEWS - user can submit news,new product,new website - similar functionality as above with added functions of this site: [login to view URL] (real time listing changes in the middle of this page) will provide: -web page layout/template(same for all services) -logo asking: -script customization/development(not sure yet)- suggestions welcome(can provide script seen above) -database programming -CMS (simple,ease to use,clean) in one place for all pages/services, with possible future expansion -front end creation -back office creation (for admin,user) -video,audio uploading script -implement some web 2.0 features(AJAX) -unique and modern style (web 2.0) -WEB 2.0 DESIGN (important)-basic design if can't be provided (I will hire someone else for that) -upload everything to my server -limited time assistance after job done(if needed) As I will put everything above in the life there will be more development by adding services.
