Coder/Graphics needed for long term employment

We are looking for a coder to join our staff at first as contract labor then after you build trust with us possibly join our staff full time. For now we are looking at 15-25 hours a week but who knows where this will go. We are looking for someone who has very strong communications skills and that is very organized and SECURE MINDED. I would prefer someone that is very fluent in PHP/MYSQL but also has alot to bring to the table with graphics /html /css If you bid please send me examples of you graphics and show me sites/scripts that you have coded.
